Jake started Build You from his dorm room at Babson College during his Sophomore year of undergrad. With his agency experience, journey building a 11.5k subscriber YouTube channel, and generating over 1M+ LinkedIn impressions in a year, Jake is excited to help companies build their communities into raving fans. When not working, Jake enjoys playing tennis, golf, and watching movies.

Madison has been with Build You for 4 years, running our public relations team, after receiving her BS from Boston University where she majored in Media Science. She has landed over 100 press articles for our clients that have generated a local and national buzz. Outside of work, she enjoys baking and traveling the globe.

Build You’s first ever employee and now co-founder, Ryan Lytle, oversees the agency's creative work and runs day to day operations. Ryan started his graphic design firm business 8 years, serving over 55 clients, which Build You acquired in 2024.

Yahli Rosen brings seven years of graphic design experience to the Build You team, along with a thoughtful approach that values meaning and longevity over passing trends. She has spent years refining her craft, embracing the ever-changing nature of design while continuing to learn and grow every day. Outside of work, Yahli enjoys knitting, sewing, sketching, and finding her next creative project.
